The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), has sacked two female students from the school’s hostel for engaging in lesbianism.
According to the school authority, the actions by the two students are against the university’s rules stated in its handbook.
“The two female students engaged in lesbianism acts after having a “threesome” with a non-resident male student,’’ a statement by the school authority affirmed.
“During the 2nd batch of the 2020/2021 Academic Year, 2nd-semester hostel stays, two female resident students and one male non-resident student engaged in a threesome sexual activity.”
“The two female students also engaged in sexual activity where they fondled each in acts described as lesbianism,” a portion of the notice said.
The statement added that it is awaiting further sanctions from the Management of the school.
