Head coach of Asante Kotoko Maxwell Konadu has commended his charges for their exceptional performance exhibited in the match day 11 of the Ghana Premier League despite the defeat to Aduana Stars.
The Dormaa based club inflicted a painful 1-0 win over Kotoko on Wednesday afternoon.
The defending league champions grabbed a 94th-minute winner to beat the Kumasi based club by a solitary goal.
Former Medeama winger, Samuel Bioh solo effort did the magic for the fire boys as they puck the three maximum points.
Speaking after the game, the former Black Stars B gaffer says he is unperturbed with his side defeat and has headed praises on his charges.
“It was a good game and I think we played far better the host and at the end of it all they are laughing”
“For this game, I’m not worried at all because the boys played to instructions. My boys did their best”
“The goal came out of nothing that is why I’m saying my boys did what I told them to do. I’m proud of them” he said at the post-match conference.
