Okwawu United midfielder Prince Siaw has fired a warning shot at Hearts of Oak ahead of their MTN FA Cup clash slated for March 24-26.
Accra Hearts of Oak will rekindle old rivalry with Okwawu United as they have been drawn to host the “asaase aban” lads at the Accra Sports Stadium in Round 32.
Speaking in an interview with Koforidua based Bryt FM, he expressed optimism about his side beating the rainbow boys in their bid to book a round 16 berth.
“Despite playing in the Division Two League, we can beat Hearts of Oak. We are taking match after match in the competition but our target is to qualify ahead of the Phobians” he said.
“With determination and dedication on our side, we will push forward to win the match by hook or crook. We have been to final before and that even motivate us to do more this time around” he added.
The captain of the Nkawkaw based club then called on the supporters of the club to rally behind them when they take on Hearts of Oak, saying they will never disappoint them.
