Hon. Samuel A. Jinapor, the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources has launched the Bongo-Soe Community Mining Scheme (CMS) at which is the first of it kind in Bongo-Soe in the Upper East Region.
At a colorful ceremony graced by the Upper East Regional Minister, Hon. Stephen Yakubu and some traditional authorities in the area, Hon Samuel A. Jinapor commissioned the Bongo-Soe Community Mining Scheme (CMS)which is expected to provide direct and indirect jobs to the people of Bongo and its environs.
The scheme is expected to provide jobs to people in the area and in a way deal with unemployment as well.
