The Ghana’s Ambassador to the UN, H.E. Harold Agyemang participated in Ghana’s 66th Independence Day celebrations held in New York over the weekend.
The program organized by the National Council of Ghanaian Associations.
INC in conjunction with the Ghana Mission, brought together over 500 Ghanaians to celebrate the Country’s achievements so far.
In his speech, H.E. Harold Agyemang said, though it was good to criticize leaders of our country, it is also imperative that each one plays a critical and dedicated role in the growth of our nation.
Awards were presented to Ghanaians especially in New York who have contributed in projecting the good image of Ghana.
Ambassador Harold Agyemang was accompanied by Deputy Ambassador, Mrs. Carolyn Oppong-Ntiri, the Consul General of the Consulate, Hon. Kingsley Atta Boafo, Head of Chancery, Mr. Felix Akom Nyarku, and other Mission Staff.
