The Medical Superintendent for Bechem Gov’t Hospital in the Tano South Municipal of Ahafo Region, Dr, Agyei Darko has appealed to individuals, stakeholders, NGOs, Government and opinion leaders to put the necessary measures in place to come to their aid.
According to him, the hospital is facing a lot of difficulties, including infrastructures and other equipments to enhanced health issues in the Municipality as Government alone can not build the development of the nation.
He revealed to Kojo Mframa during the Commissioned of Maternity Theatre which was build by Bechem Association in Canada over the weekend in Bechem .
Ahafo Regional Director for Ghana Health Service, Dr. Samuel Kwabeng Boakye Boateng used the opportunity to hail the Association for supporting the hospital to ameliorate the health sector in the area.
Vice Chairperson for Bechem Association in Canada, Vivian Aframa state the secret behind the building of Maternity Theatre for Bechem Gov’t Hospital.
On his part, the chairman of Bechem Association in Canada, Kofi Appiah Kubi assured to support the town with more developmental projects.
