Ghana international Joseph Aidoo will not play a role when the Black Stars face the United States of America on Tuesday in an international friendly.
Aidoo suffered what appears to be a serious injury when Ghana succumbed to a 2-0 defeat to Mexico on Saturday.
The Celta Vigo defender picked up an injury in the 27th minute and had to be replaced by Alidu Seidu.
He is expected to fly back to Spain for further treatment.
Meanwhile, Abdul Fatawu Hamidu, who missed the game against Mexico due to his involvement in Medeama’s Capital City Cup game against DC United has rejoined the Black Stars ahead of the US friendly.
