“The unity between myself, the constituency chairman and the Member of Parliament has contributed immensely to the development of Koforidua”, the New Juaben South MCE Isaac Apaw Gyasi has emphasized.
According to the MCE, Koforidua has seen tremendous development under the leadership of President Akufo-Addo has had its fair share of the national cake in terms of developmental projects.
In an interview with Kwamina Sam Biney on BRYT Adekye Mu Nsem on Monday, October 28, Mr. Apaw Gyasi indicated “Koforidua has seen major development since 2017, because I and my party chairman as well as my MP are in good relationship. We may agree to disagree on some matters but we always settle on what is best for the people in Koforidua”.
“I am the right successor of our current MP for the parliamentary seat but I am not interested in contesting for that position. I am focused on leaving a legacy behind and therefore, I am concerned about the development of the people at all time” the MCE stressed.
The MCE since his appointment in 2017 pledged to ensure Koforidua receive the needed development it deserved, assuring to make Koforidua look like California in the USA.
