Flagbearer of the main opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC John Dramani Mahama has commended Shirley Ayorkor Botchway on her new appointment as the Secretary General of the Commonwealth.
In a Facebook post, the former President was excited that after Patricia Scotland, the West African group have another distinguished female at the head of the Commonwealth.
