President John Mahama will take his ” Thank You Tour” to Eastern Region on Sunday July 20, 2025, mybrytfmonline can confirm.
The tour is in line with Ghanaian tradition which enjoins individuals to go back to people who supported when their help were needed to appreciate their goodwill gestures.
President Mahama was re-elected for unprecedented comeback on December 7 ,2024 with massive votes to complete his second term after 2016 defeat.
He has since January visited many regions including Volta, North East, Upper West, Upper East, Western and Western North region as part of the nationwide “Thank You Tour”
He will visit Ashanti Region Wednesday July 16 before coming to Eastern Region.
In Koforidua, the President will be welcomed with durbar of Chiefs,Clergy, the ruling party and other political parties,as well as various groups at the Jubilee park .
