Prophet Abbeam Danso, Chancellor of Abbeam University, has emphasized that human beings have no power over death. He made this statement during an interview with Yaw Obeng on Bryt FM’s Adekyee Mu Nsem morning show.
According to him, some people live as though they are gods, carrying themselves with the belief that they possess extraordinary powers.
However, he noted that history has shown that even great leaders and legends who once appeared invincible are no longer alive today.
Prophet Danso explained that death humbles everyone, regardless of their status.
He urged the public to keep in mind that no matter how great or powerful one becomes, death can reduce all to the same level.
He added that when someone dies, his prayer is that the purpose for which God created that person will be fulfilled.
To him, death should not be seen as something strange or terrifying, even though it affects many people.
Quoting a popular Akan saying, he noted: “Owoa di dɔm beko” — meaning, “Death takes away multitudes.”
