The Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE) for New Juaben South, Ransford Owusu Boakye, has assured residents that the assembly is actively working to address their developmental concerns.
Speaking in an interview on Bryt Adekyee Mu Nsem with Kwamina Sam Binney, he said his engagement with various communities has yielded positive discussions and plans are already underway to tackle pressing issues in areas such as Abogri, Nyamekrom and others.
Hon. Owusu Boakye emphasized that officers and engineers responsible for these projects are making significant efforts to bring governance closer to the people.
On the current state of the Sakodie M/A basic School and Freeman Methodist, the MCE revealed that. He has received first hand information after visiting the schools and pledged to rectify the challenges soon.
According to him, these issues require urgent attention and that the Assembly under his leadership is determined to address them promptly.
The MCE also indicated he has invited officials from the Urban Roads Department for a meeting this week to discuss traffic light maintenance and other road-related matters in the municipality.
