Former Dormaa West Constituency in the Bono Region Member of Parliament Ali Halidu Maigah has today declared his intention to contest the National Organiser Position should the Npp opens nomination for forms to picked.
According to him, the experience gained from the polling station through to become the then Brong – Ahafo Regional Organiser and risen up to become an MP qualifies him cruise to the National Organiser Position in the party.
Speaking to Bryt Fm News correspondent Eric Owusu Amponsah in a press conference in Accra, Ali Halidu Maigah appealed to the entire Npp fraternity to accept, believe, support and rally behind him for he has the organizing charisma that will help bring the NPP party to victory coming 2028 general elections.
He believes with his organizing strategy, he can work hard with Dr Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia as Flagbearer of the party to kick out the Ndc from power in the coming elections.
Meanwhile, Member of Parliament of the Atiwa East Constituency in the Eastern Region Hon Abena Osei Asare has also urged delegates to welcome the bid of Ali Alidu Maigah since his actions, works, selfless dedication has already acrued support of both former and current Members of Parliament supporting him.
She added that with Ali Alidu Maigah as the National Organiser of the party they can be able to organize themselves well and win power in 2028.
