Ghana Premier League giants, Hearts of Oak are set to appoint Serbian trainer Kosta Papic as the club’s new head coach.
According to reports, the rainbow boys will in the coming days announce his return to the club.
The Accra based Club suffered a 1-0 defeat to Inter Allies on Matchday 3 of the Ghana Premier League, however, the top hierarchy of the Club has caused changes to be made to the technical team.
Papic, who played a part in the Phobians triumph of the 2008/2009 Ghana Premier League title takes over from Nii Odoom in addition to the Technical Director role of the Club.
Kosta Papic who will be managing the Hearts of Oak for the second time is expected to take charge of the Club’s home game against Karela United on Friday.
Hearts of Oak relieved the Serbian off his post after a poor run of results in the second round of the 2008/2009 Ghana Premier League season which was eventually won by the Club and has been their last in over a decade.
Papic returns after spells with several African clubs including Black Leopards and Young Africans.
