Koku Anyidoho, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Atta Mills Institue have grinned at Ghana having a tight parliament for the next four years.
According to him, a tight parliament is always good for the enhancement of democracy in every democratic dispensation.
This statement from Mr. Anyidoho comes as a reaction after the just ended parliamentary election which was held on December 7 this year.
To him, the polls revealed that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) cannot take the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for a ride because it is still a formidable party.
“The NDC is a strong political party that the NPP cannot take for granted. I am personally happy that we have a tight parliament. It is good for democracy. It will enhance the negotiation.”
