Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Jackson Owusu has popped up on the radar of Ghana Premier League clubs ahead of the next transfer window, the player has confirmed.
Owusu, a member of the Black Stars B squad that placed second in the 2014 CHAN tournament The former is attracting interest from clubs in the domestic top-flight league.
The 32-year-old is currently a free agent after ending his stay with Kenyan side Gor Mahia.
Speaking in an interview with Opemsour FM, he revealed that several Ghana Premier League clubs have asked about his availability since he returned to the country.
“I am a footballer and that is my work. I am opened to working with any team including Kotoko.” Jackson Owusu said.
“A lot of clubs here have asked about me. But at the moment I am a free agent” he said.
