A total of 101 Patients who were tested positive of the Pandemic COVID-19 are in critical condition while 33 others are also in critical condition in Ghana.
Ghana has recorded 533 COVID-19 related Deaths from March 2020 to 10th February 2021.
The Country has also confirmed 771 new cases and a total of 109 others are also in severe condition and 28 in critical condition.
The total number of COVID-19 Active cases as of 10th February 2021 stands at 8,216.
Ghana Health Service Report indicates that 67,087 patients have recovered since March 2020 out of the 75,836 confirmed cases.
The number of tests conducted so far is 832,760.
The Government of Ghana is spending over 200 million dollars to procure the COVID-19 vaccine for the entire population.
Director of Public Health at the Ghana Health Service (GHS), Dr. Franklin Asiedu-Bekoe, said the price of the vaccine available presently ranged from $4 to $20 and that would be the cost at which every Ghanaian would be vaccinated.
He said that the first consignment of the vaccine would arrive in the country by the end of February.
