Legon Cities’ new signing Hans Kwoffie has expressed his desire to have a successful time with the Ghana Premier League club.
Kwoffie, a former Ghana Premier League goal king signed for the Royals in the ongoing transfer window from Ashantigold, and according to him, he wants to help his new club win some trophies.
The experienced forward opened his goal account on his debut in a 1-1 draw against Bechem United on matchday 15 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
“For sure, I’m here to strike and I know as a striker, I need to deliver.
“And my delivery is to score and my team to win.
“So I’m here to score for the team and again win our matches.
“I came in to help; I don’t want Legon Cities FC to go to relegation.
“And so we are helping to escape relegation and to win some cups.
At least FA Cup will do for us if we don’t win the league we will win some cups.” Hans Kwoffie said.
Kwoffie reunited with former boss, Bashir Hayford at Legon Cities after both spent some time at Ashantigold.
He scored five goals in eight appearances with Ashantigold before joining Legon Cities.
