Ghana has recorded 428 new cases of COVID -19, bringing Active cases to 6,404.
The total number of deaths recorded from March 2020 to 21st February 2021 stands at 588.
Confirmed cases since 2020 stand at 81,673 and a total of 74,681 people have recovered and Discharged so far.
Ghana is set to begin COVID-19 vaccination next Tuesday as part of measures to stop the further spread of the viral disease.
This follows the arrival of the first consignment of 600,000 doses of the Oxford AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine on 24th February 2021.
Ghana became the first country to receive the COVID-19 vaccine from the COVID-19 Vaccine Global Access Facility (COVAX), which has 92 beneficiary countries signed on to it, the World Health Organisation (WHO) said.
