The President of the National House of Chiefs, Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyabi II, has humbly appealed to the three teacher unions, GNAT NAGRAT and CCT to accept and work with the new Director General of Ghana Education Service (GES) over the brouhaha of his appointment.
He stated that, Mr. Eric Nkansah’s academic credentials show that, to him, he can do well as the new director general for (GES).
Ogyeahoho brought this to bare when the India High Commissioner to Ghana, His Excellency Sugandh Rajaram paid a courtesy call on him at his palace.
According to the chief, Mr. Rajaram’s visit was to discuss the type of investment his government can do in Ghana to benefit the citizenry and the people of Bibiani Anhwianso Bekwai and Western North at large.
He further revealed the India High Commissioner has pledged to give some percentage of scholarships to some Ghanaians to study in Indian universities.
