Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum was excited to host the popular Ghanaian actor and school proprietor, Kwadwo Nkansah (LilWin) at his office on Thursday, 10th November 2022.
The actor who is also the founder of Great Minds International School in the Ashanti region commended the Ministry of Education for its huge investment in the Creative Arts sector, especially through the construction of the Creative Arts High School located in Kwadaso.
He also noted that investing in the Creative Arts industry is key to equipping students with job skills.
He further appreciated the Ministry’s efforts in changing the face of Creative Arts in Ghana through the construction of 20 Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics – STEAM Centres across the country.
The two also discussed possibilities for future collaborations to make Creative Arts enjoyable to students at the Basic and Junior High School levels who desire to sharpen their talents and skills needed to excel in the Creative Arts industry.
Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum also applauded the actor on how he is augmenting Government’s efforts in making education accessible and affordable to all in his community.
The government is committed to exploring partnerships to help create an enabling environment for our learners to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) Education for the Ghanaian child.
