Dr. Joseph Kobina Essibu, the Executive Director of Ideal College and Board Chairman of Cocoa Marketing Company for his commitment to the successes of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Celebrating his birthday on Tuesday, the Effutu Communication Team led by Effutu Ellis has sent a message of appreciation to him in honour of his commitment to the course of the NPP.
He has also been commended for his selfless leadership and support rendered to the party at the National level and within the region.
