The Western North Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Mr. Benjamin Armah, has accepted the fact that 2022 was a difficult year due to the economic downturn of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian-Ukraine war.
In an interview with Bryt reporter, Kwame Kontor Boateng, Mr. Benjamin Armah indicated that government is doing everything possible to turn the economy around as fuel prices is gradually coming down and the cedi gaining strength.
According to him, 2023 is a year of hope to redeem Ghanaians from the economic hardships experienced in the previous year and urged Ghanaians to have patience with the government.
He, therefore, appealed to Ghanaians to work hard and love each other to help promote peace and tranquility in the country.
Mr. Benjamin Armah stressed out that he is doing everything possible to unify the party and also managing disagreements among members across the Western North Region ahead of the 2024 general elections.
