National Democratic Congress (NDC) executives of Tamale South led by the Constituency Chairman, Zaa Nyeya made a number of presentations on behalf of the Member of Parliament, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu.
These presentations were done to improve infrastructural deficit in some public basic and secondary schools in the constituency.
Items presented includes 560 dual-desk furniture to be distributed to 12 schools in the constituency.
The rest are; a Cheque of GHC 20,000.00 to the District Directorate of Education to help in the smooth running of the office and a Cheque GHc 40,000.00 to be used to improve the lightening system of Tamale Girls Senior High School.
The minority leader also handed over a renovated 3 – Unit Classroom block to the people of Juni, a newly built 6-unit Classroom block to the people Nyohini, a newly built 6-unit Classroom block to the people Gbulahibila as well as a newly built 6-unit Classroom block to the people of Yagyili.
The Minority Leader has undertaken several developmental projects for his constituents over the years to ensure their livelihoods are improved.
