Dr Samiu Kwadwo Nuamah, former Member of Parliament for Kwadaso Constituency has voiced his disgruntlement with what he calls the “Mafia” in the game of politics within the New Patriotic Party (NPP), which he think is suffocating the party’s accomplishment.
According to the former MP, the mafia, within the party, is not only targeting individuals but is progressively annihilating the political party as a whole.
Speaking to the media, the former legislator identified some NPP faithful operations that are ruining the party.
He clarified that most MPs are no longer in power because certain people have established themselves as kingmakers, deciding who wins and who loses elections.
“The mafia is not only affecting the targeted individual only but greatly destroying the party at large,” he said.
He however, called on the executives of the NPP to take steps to address the party’s deteriorating situation.
