President Akufo-Addo has been commended for his tremendous effort in managing the economy in the midst of both local and global challenges over the past years.
The NPP-led government has been described as one of the best managers of the economy across the world, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 and Russia-Ukraine war.
Ohene Amoako, ‘The Flagbearer’ host of Net2 TV “The Seat” show believes President Akufo-Addo has remarkably been able to turn things around at the time when Ghanaians were anticipating a crush of the economy due to challenges that had confronted the globe.
He was surprised a section of the public are being blinded by the unfounded preposition of the opposition NDC on how the economy has been managed, knowing well their comments are baseless and lacks facts.
“The COVID-19 and Russian-Ukraine war effects on the economy can never be over emphasised as far as the current state of the country’s economy is concerned. In fact, President Akufo-Addo has performed tremendously well within all these instances so I sometimes wonder why the NDC always want to throw dust in the eyes in some Ghanaians with mere propaganda” he stressed.
The Flagbearer was quick to remind Ghanaians of the many hardships the country went through under the Mahama-led administration leading power outages, giving birth to the “Dumsor” acronym.
He, however, advised Ghanaians especially voters not to consider bringing back Mr. Mahama and the NDC as they have nothing good to offer the ordinary citizens but will rather worsen the woes of the country’s economy.
