The Electoral Commission has announced it will will oversee the conduct of the opposition National Democratic Congress primaries scheduled for Saturday, May 13.
The Commission statement argued that it decision is based on Dr. Duffuor’s discontinuation of lawsuit against the party.
In a statement released and posted on the EC’s official Facebook page on Friday evening added that, officials of the EC had met with party Executives on preparations to ensure free and fair elections.
