Former Ghana international Dan Owusu has reiterated desire to help Bofoakwa Tano.
The Sunyani-based club secured promotion back to the Ghana Premier League after edging out Techiman Eleven Wonders in the play-off at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday.
The much-anticipated clash ended 1-1in regulation time, where the winner was decided on penalties.
Bofoakwa ultimately emerged victorious, triumphing 7-6 in the shootout and securing their return to the Ghana Premier League.
In an interview with Koforidua-based Bryt FM, Dan Owusu, who is a legend of Bofoakwa Tano expressed delight following the club’s qualification whiles reiterating desire to serve as the technical director of the club.
“I have been into the game for a very longtime both as a player and coach. At the moment, I’m the technical director of a Division Two club in Accra so when I am invited to serve in that capacity at Bofoakwa Tano, I am ready”
“We’ve got experience in the game, so when they invite some of us, we are ready to help the team to attain greater height” he said.
Bofoakwa Tano join Heart of Lions and Nations FC for next season’s Ghana Premier League campaign.
