Ghana Premier League giants are set for a massive clear-out at the end of the 2022/23 football campaign, according to media reports.
Following a disappointing season, the leadership of the club have decided to sever ties with underperforming players in a bid to build a solid team for next season.
With a game to spare, Hearts of Oak find themselves in the 11th position on the league log with 45 points.
It is said the Phobians will release not less than 13 players at the end of the current season.
Both Kwadwo Obeng Jr and Isaac Mensah will be out of contract this summer and will be shown the exit door.
Meanwhile, top defender Caleb Amankwah is said to be seeking for a new challenge and could be one of the players to depart the club.
Hearts of Oak’s final Ghana Premier League is against Berekum Chelsea on Sunday at the Golden City Park.
