The National Executive Committee of the New Patriotic Party has made swift efforts to amend the differences that erupted among contestants and other executives during the recent super delegate conference held to choose 5 candidates among the 10 presidential aspirants hopefuls within the 16 regions of the country and the party headquarters.
Mr. Solomon Owusu, a communication team member of Mr. Alan Kyeremanten who doubles as NPP national Communication Team Member has revealed their candidate and his team detest the organizational processes of the elections spearheaded by the party’s National Executive Committee and the Electoral Commission.
He said it was unfortunate to witness the chaos and instability of elections within the NPP, a party that was established with stability, respect, and a democratic vision.
He said what happened at some regional election centers during the delegate’s conference was pathetic, Alan and his team are not happy with what transpired during and aftermath the elections.
He charged the party’s disciplinary committee to be proactive by inviting and punishing perpetrators who contributed to several chaos that happened in the North East region and other regions stressing that the police and electoral commissioners’ presence at the scene of the assault without any arrest and confrontations has made it so dangerous going into November 4 primaries.
Mr. Solomon Owusu added that an election is always won fairly through one’s records, capabilities, and abilities to handle the positions bestowed on them hence whoever applies war tactics and other means to win an election is not qualified to be given a leadership position.
He indicated that team Alan is ever ready for the 4th November primaries with great attention and concentration so whoever tries to intimidate them will not be entertained stressing that the NPP National executive is indiscipline and that they have to be disciplined to ensure sanity in the 4th November primaries.
