Former Ghana international Mohammed Polo has said he will be introducing a philosophy called Agro football to the various national teams when given the nod as the Technical Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
Oti Akenteng’s tenure expired last month following the decision by the new GFA administration not to renew his deal.
The football’s governing body (GFA) has since opened applications in search of a competent person for the vacant position.
Polo who is advocating for a technical director that can introduce a style of play for the various national teams says he will come out with a philosophy dubbed ‘Agro football’ when given the job.
“My philosophy will be Agro style of football, I will make sure the various national teams play similar style because countries like Brazil, Spain and Germany are doing it and so why can’t we do same? He quizzed.
“I think it is about time our national teams gets a style which will make the transition easy for coaches,” he told Bryt FM in an interview.
