Hearts of Oak defender Michael Awuah Mensah says his outfit can annex the Ghana Premier League title next season.
The Phobians struggled last term, finishing 14th on the domestic top-flight standings at the end of the campaign.
After a disappointing season, Awuah Mensah, who recently joined the Phobians has expressed confidence about his outfit chances ahead of the 2024/25 league season.
“We were hurt after falling short to Kotoko in the Democracy Cup. We wanted to lift the trophy to apiece our fans after a disappointing season”
“I will urge the fans not to lose hope in the team. The fans should exercise patience. I believe the leadership of the club are working around the clock to make things better”
“No one should be surprise if Hearts of Oak wins the league. We can win the league. Hearts of Oak is a big club so it’s no news if we win the league” he said.
Mensah joined Hearts of Oak from Nations FC on a three-year deal after stellar season in the top-flight.
