As Ghana prepares for the transition to a new administration, Professor Joshua Alabi has called on President-Elect John Dramani Mahama to prioritize loyalty, competence, and character in the selection of his government appointees.
Speaking on Tv3, Professor Alabi emphasized the need for the incoming government to focus on assembling a team dedicated to national progress rather than individuals seeking to advance personal interests.
“The new administration must be built on the pillars of loyalty, competence, and integrity. We cannot afford to entrust leadership roles to people driven by selfish motives” Alabi stated.
His remarks come at a time when public expectations are high, with many Ghanaians hoping for an administration committed to transparency and development. As Mahama prepares to assume office, calls for a team that embodies these values continue to resonate across the nation.
