The Amenfi West NPP Constituency Chairman, Mr. Obed Asamah has strongly condemned the actions of NDC supporters, who are allegedly seizing state properties unlawfully. This incident has sparked tension in the region, with the chairman accusing the NDC supporters of disrespecting the rule of law.
According to reports, the chairman expressed his disappointment and frustration with the NDC supporters’ actions, stating that they are undermining the authority of the state. He emphasized that the seizure of state properties is a serious offense and will not be tolerated.
The chairman’s statement comes amid the unlawful takeover of mining concessions, offices and others, where the NPP is seeking to ensure such illicit behaviours of NDC are condemned.
In a related development, the chairman called on chiefs engaging in such behaviours to abstain from that.
