Staff of Akwadum Health Centre in the New Juaben North Municipal have paid a courtesy call on their Hon. Samuel Adongo to officially congratulate him on his confirmation as the Municipal chief executive
The staff led by Mr Ebenezer Ohene Akomea, who is the chairman for the Akwadum Health committee visited the MCE at the New Juaben North Municipal assembly on Thursday, May 22.
They expressed their joy for Hon. Adongo’s new role as the MCE as he has being of great support to the facility for sometime now.
The staff revealed their commitment and support to making sure he succeed in office.
The health workers also presented their challenges to the MCE for an urgent attention to ensuring they are able to work effectively at all times.
The challenges they includes; stalled OPD block, provision of ultrasound machine for Faoman CIPS, bungalow for staff and logistics for administrative work.
Hon. Samuel Adongo on his part thanked the staff for the visit and promised to address their challenges with support from all Stakeholders.
He further reiterated president John Mahama’s commitment to quality health care and making same accessible to all.
