The Omanhene of New Juaben Traditional Area, Daasebre Kwaku Boateng III, has pledged his readiness to collaborate with the current NDC government to facilitate development in the municipality.
According to Daasebre Kwaku Boateng III, traditional leadership has a duty to work with any government in power for the benefit of the people, and he will not hesitate to partner with the NDC administration to advance the progress of New Juaben.
He gave the assurance when the newly appointed Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for New Juaben South, Ransford Owusu Boakye, paid a courtesy call on him on Thursday.
During the meeting, the Omanhene urged the new MCE to maintain regular consultations with the Traditional Council, especially on matters concerning land administration, to avoid potential conflicts and safeguard the interests of the traditional council.

On his part, Hon. Ransford Owusu Boakye pledged to work closely with the New Juaben Traditional Council and other stakeholders to drive development projects and improve the well-being of residents within the municipality.
He appealed to Nananom to support various interventions including a planned clean up exercise to get rid of filt in the municipality to minimize risk of diseases and flooding.

The MCE was accompanied by Municipal Coordinating Director and some heads of departments at the assembly as well as some constituency executives of NDC.
