Ghanaian international Kevin-Prince Boateng will leave Turkish side Besiktas at the of the 2019/2020 season.
Prince Boateng joined Besiktas in the January transfer window from Italian side Fiorentina.
According to reports, the coronavirus pandemic has affected Besiktas economically and that has propelled the club send the player back to his parent club.
It is believed that the Black and White club has no plan to keep the Ghanaian star in the team next season.
However, the club have signals that they would shrink in the staff as well due to the deadly disease that has wrecked the world.
BeIn Sports reported that Boateng’s rental contract, which will end at the end of the season, will not be extended. It was stated that the Besiktas administration made such a decision on the Ghanaian star because it was costly.
