Anthony Annan is a former professional footballer who made a significant impact as a defensive midfielder for the Black Stars of Ghana.
Anthony Annan’s football journey began with local clubs like Super Rainbow Stars and Venomous Vipers before joining Sekondi Hasaacas in 2003.
Annan’s impressive skills earned him a move to Accra Hearts of Oak in 2005, where he was regarded as the best young midfielder in Ghana, showcasing his midfield artistry and goal-scoring abilities.
His performances caught the attention of Norwegian club Start, who signed him in 2007.
