Dreams FC defender Issah Yakubu has said that it is every footballer target to play abroad and for that matter, aspiring to travel outside for greener pastures when the opportunity comes.
The budding defender who had a scintillating performance in the scrapped Ghana Premier League also expressed the desire to don the national colours and is of the view that, playing outside the country and the Black Stars is his topmost priority.
Issah Yakubu in an interview with Bryt FM in Koforidua said, “My target is to play in Europe and I know it will become reality at the right time. Again, it is the target of every player to play for the Black Stars and so far as I am a player it is my aim to be there one day”
“Playing for the national team is all about patience and hard training. I know if I fight hard and improve on my training I will definitely get there” he said.
