NPP National Communication’s team member Isaac Obeng has stated that the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, Former President John Mahama has no vision to continue the free SHS policy.
This statement was made due to Mahama’s recent argument that he started the free policy program and not His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.
Speaking in an interview with Abena Pokua Ahwenee on Dadi FM, 101.1, Isaac Obeng added that Mahama and the entire NDC party never believed in the free SHS policy since its birth therefore cannot continue the policy.
“some highly respected members of the NDC mocked us and told Ghanaians not to believe in NPP because it is impossible to implement such a policy, so how can they now claim ownership on something they said can never be possible”, he reacted.
In his own words, “Mahama has no vision to continue the free SHS policy”
According to him, Mahama is gradually losing his credibility and should work on correcting his mistakes.
“Mahama is losing his credibility, he can hardly point out his achievements but he’s always criticizing NPP’s good work. I’m expecting him to at least acknowledge Nana Addo for his good work. You don’t want to start your good work but you are making empty promises to continue someone’s own. How will Ghanaians vote for you”, he quizzed.
Isaac Obeng pledged that the NPP has a lot of good policies that will help the country to develop and every Ghanaian child will be educated in the next few years.
In his own words, “the President has vision and that is educating every Ghanaian child so that in the next few years everyone will be educated so vote for Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo so he can continue the good work and bring his vision to life”
