Ghana midfielder Alfred Duncan has commended his Cagliari teammates after their vital win over Bologna in the Serie A on Wednesday.
Duncan, who joined the club in the January transfer window started the game and bossed the midfield to help his outfit pick all the three points at stake as the fight against relegation continues.
Daniele Rugani 19th minute strike settled the encounter and Duncan analyzing what he saw at the Sardegna Arena applauded the cohesion of the group which was decisive for obtaining results.
“From the beginning we interpreted the game well, knowing and understanding the importance of the three points. We reacted well in the face of difficulties in the various moments of the game, we managed to give everything and in the end to bring home a beautiful victory, essential for our journey.”
