Publication on the sad plight of Philip a week ago by Senior Broadcast Journalist Obed Kojo Ansah attracted some philanthropists and two NGOs who committed to fully sponsor his University education.
The Nkosuohene of Kwahu traditional area Nana Owiredu Wadie (I),swiftly intervened by offering job opportunity to Philip in his NGO, Kabaka Foundation with weekly stipends just to take him off the streets .

Nana Owiredu Wadie’s non-charity organization, Kabaka foundation therefore paid academic facility user fees, hostel fees, and sponsored all expenses including provisions, clothes and feeding.
