Ghana Premier League side Great Olympics, have parted ways with coach Yaw Preko over an unimpressive performance in the first round of the campaign.
The 48-year-old leaves after just five months in charge of the two-time Ghana Premier League winners.
The Accra-based side finished the first half of the season on tenth spot after Sunday’s 2-1 defeat to newly promoted side, Nsoatreman.
Preko lost six matches with same number of wins and five ending in stalemate, after officially taking the job on a year deal in September 2022.
According to reports, Isaac Armah and former Black Stars coach Richard Kingston have taken over until a new coach is appointed.
