Black Stars defender Mohammed Salisu is closed to joining French giants AS Monaco from Southampton.
The Ghana international is expected to undergo medical test on Monday, July 31 ahead of his imminent move to the Ligue 1 outfit.
Salisu who has just a year left on his current contract at Southampton will join Monaco in a deal worth 15 million Euros.
The enterprising defender is said not to be ready to extend his contract with the relegated Premier League club.
During the previous Premier League season, Salisu featured in 22 games for Southampton, showcasing his defensive skills and talent.
