Nigerian club Remo Star will arrive in Ghana on Saturday, August 19, 2023 ahead of their clash with Medeama in the CAF Champions League.
The Yellow and Mauves will host Remo Stars on Sunday in the first leg of the preliminary round at the Cape Coast Stadium.
According to team manager Ajaji Samuel Yinka, the team will travel with a chattered flight to Accra before they leave for Cape Coast for the crucial game on Sunday.
“We are ready for the Ghana game. Preparations have gone well and we will arrive in Ghana on Saturday.” He told Ghanasportspage.
“We are coming with a chartered flight and we will be arriving in Ghana very early on Saturday morning. We will depart from Nigeria at 5:00 am. I believe the journey from Nigeria to Ghana takes no more than 45 minutes.”
