Nottingham Forest winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has left the door open as he weighs up his option on international football.
Odoi joined Nottingham Forest in the just ended transfer window from boyhood club, Chelsea.
The winger wants to use the Premier League club to revive his sinking career and international football at large.
When asked about his international future, Hudson-Odoi told Telegraph, “That decision hasn’t been made yet. I’m still thinking it over. Ghana is a very good option but let’s wait and see.”
He further elaborated, saying, “Hopefully, once I start playing games here, maybe Gareth [Southgate] or Ghana will come. It’s a nice position to be in, and hopefully, sooner or later, we will know.”
Odoi has made three appearances for England since his debut in 2017 but he still eligible to play for the Black Stars.
