Kukurantumi-based club, Port City will compete in the Division One League next season after securing qualification in the Eastern Regional Division Two Middle League.
Port City, led by former Hearts of Oak coach Edward Nii Odoom delivered a masterful performance in the middle league to book promotion.
The team prevailed in the middle league after snatching five victories in all five games played at the Koforidua Sports Stadium in the past two weeks.
Coach Odoom’s side scored eighteen goals and conceded only one, justifying the team’s readiness to progress to the Division One League.
Nii Odoom is expected to lead the ambitious lower-tier team as they seek to achieve greater heights in the Ghanaian football.
Port City will compete in Zone 3 of the 2024/25 Division One League.
