Ivorian referees have been appointed by the Confederations of African Football (CAF) to take charge of Hearts of Oak’s Champions League one-off game against Guinean side Club Industriel de Kamsar at the Accra sports stadium.
The Phobians will play host to the CI Kamsar following the CAF decision to cancel the first-leg in Guinea after a military coup.
Patrick Tanguy Jean Philippe Vlei will be the center referee and he will be assisted by compatriots, Kouame Gabriel Kangah and Kalilou Bamba as assistants 1 and 2 respectively.
Allou Franc Eric Miessan, also from Cote d’Ivoire, is the Fourth Official.
Sekou Wieh Konneh from Liberia will serve as the Match Commissioner while Dr. Christiana Baah works as COVID-19 Officer.
